Getting Started with Kavio
Kavio makes social media scheduling simple. Whether you’re a solo creator or managing a team of marketers, you can be up and running in minutes. Here’s how.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Accounts
After creating your free account, head to Settings → Connected Accounts. Click “Connect” next to any platform — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Mastodon, or Bluesky.
You’ll be redirected to the platform’s authorization page. Grant Kavio permission to publish on your behalf, and you’re done.
Step 2: Create Your First Post
Click the New Post button in the top right corner. In the editor, you can:
- Write your caption directly or use the AI generator to create content from a prompt
- Upload images or videos
- Select which accounts to publish to
- Preview how your post will look on each platform
Step 3: Schedule It
Pick a publish date and time using the calendar picker. Kavio will automatically handle the publishing at the exact moment you choose, even if you’re offline.
Pro tip: Use the Visual Calendar view to see your entire content plan at a glance and drag-and-drop posts to reschedule them instantly.
